Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at visionaryvinylut@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
